Your New Suite Home
1. Schedule a Tour
We invite all prospective Licensees to tour the studio before applying. During your tour, you’ll view available suites, explore amenities, and get answers to any questions. Click the link here to schedule your tour.
2. Complete the Licensee Application
After your tour, please visit the application page. This application helps us understand your business, your services, and your preferred suite. Applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
3. Sign the License Agreement & Make Payment
Once your application is approved, we'll send you the license agreement.
Sign Your Agreement, submit the deposit and first week payment.

Once payment is received, your suite is officially secured and you can move in based on the agreed upon date.
4. Obtain all Required State, County and Professional Licenses
Depending on your profession, some or all of the following are required:
- Active Georgia Professional License (ie Cosmetology, Massage, Barber)
- Salon Shop License (ie Cosmetology, Barber)
- Clayton County Business License (All are required to obtain within 60 days of moving in)
- General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance (All are required to obtain within 30 days of moving in)
